What Makes Apple Jack Irish Oatmeal, Irish?

The result is a heartier, thicker oatmeal that really sticks to your ribs in the morning. Much like regular oatmeal, you can flavor the Irish version anyway you like, and my family loves Apple Jacks, so Apple Jack Irish Oatmeal was born.
