Talk about an easy dip recipe…this Buffalo chicken dip only takes 5 ingredients and you can put it together very quickly. I love making this using a rotisserie chicken or you could even use the cans of chicken if you’re in a big hurry. Serve this with some veggies and crackers and you’ve got a perfect appetizer!
Buffalo Chicken Dip
(Print this recipe at the very bottom of the page)
Ingredients:
- 1 Package Cream Cheese Softened.
- 1/2 Cup Hot Sauce, I used FRANK’S Redhot
- 1/2 Cup Blue Cheese Dressing (you can also use Ranch Dressing)
- 2 Large Boneless Cooked Chicken Breasts Shredded
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheese
What to do:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a medium mixing bowl combine all of your ingredients.
- Transfer your mixture to a 1 quart baking dish
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Stir and serve with vegetables or crackers.

Couldn’t you also make/heat this in a crock pot? I used can chicken chunks. Comes out just as good just in case someone doesnt want to go through the other chicken process….
