If you like Candy Corn then this next recipe is for you! During this time of year I love to create flavored treats for each holiday and this Candy Corn Fudge which uses cake batter is SO delicious and very easy to make. It’s a perfect treat for the kiddos and they can even help you make them.

By the way…1 batch makes 30 piece of fudge!! Um…yes, please!!

Candy Corn Fudge (Using Cake Batter)

Candy Corn Fudge (Using Cake Batter)

Ingredients

  • Be sure to Folllow Raining Hot Coupons on Pinterest for more RECIPES!
  • 2 cups white cake mix
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 stick salted butter
  • ¼ cup milk (I used fat-free)
  • 2/3 cup candy corn
  • 1 tbsp shortening
  • ½ cup yellow and orange sprinkles
  • Candy corn chopped up (3-4 pieces) for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8x8 pan with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Using a small saucepan, melt the candy corn in the shortening. Continue to stir until completely melted.
  3. In another saucepan, combine the butter, powdered sugar, milk, and cake mix.
  4. DO NOT STIR. Wait to stir until the butter has completely melted, then stir everything together.
  5. Mix together the melted candy sugar into the other mixture.
  6. Pour into the pan and let fudge cool off.
  7. Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  8. Slice and enjoy.

Candy Corn Cake Batter Fudge (Makes 30)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white cake mix
