If you like Candy Corn then this next recipe is for you! During this time of year I love to create flavored treats for each holiday and this Candy Corn Fudge which uses cake batter is SO delicious and very easy to make. It’s a perfect treat for the kiddos and they can even help you make them.
By the way…1 batch makes 30 piece of fudge!! Um…yes, please!!

Ingredients

- 2 cups white cake mix
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 stick salted butter
- ¼ cup milk (I used fat-free)
- 2/3 cup candy corn
- 1 tbsp shortening
- ½ cup yellow and orange sprinkles
- Candy corn chopped up (3-4 pieces) for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Line an 8x8 pan with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Using a small saucepan, melt the candy corn in the shortening. Continue to stir until completely melted.
- In another saucepan, combine the butter, powdered sugar, milk, and cake mix.
- DO NOT STIR. Wait to stir until the butter has completely melted, then stir everything together.
- Mix together the melted candy sugar into the other mixture.
- Pour into the pan and let fudge cool off.
- Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
- Slice and enjoy.
