Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries
Something my husband and I both love is Strawberry Cheesecake but it can take some time to make so that’s why I LOVE, love, love this next recipe. It’s super easy yet tackles that cheesecake craving!
These are PERFECT for any holiday or get together! They would be great for a 4th of July party too. 😉
Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries
Ingredients
- 1 lb washed strawberries
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 6+ tbsp powdered sugar (add more if it's not sweet enough)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (mash up a few graham crackers)
Instructions
- Use a paring knife to cut off stems off strawberries
- Use paring knife or melon baller to hollow out a small hole in the center of the strawberries
- You can also cut a small piece off the bottom of each strawberry so it will stand
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla on medium for about 2 minutes
- Using a spoon put the filling in a bag (ziploc bags work great) and cut a snip of the end then pipe the filling into each strawberry.
- You can then sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on the top
- Refrigerate until cold
