Mini Reeses Cereal Balls Recipe
I absolutely LOVE Chicken and Chip Casserole and actually any casserole dish. They are a great way to get rid of things in your pantry, are easy to make and taste delicious! You will notice in this next recipe that I don’t add any seasoning and that’s because the Ruffle chips are salty enough that they give a very nice flavor to the dish.
You could always add veggies to this too like brocoli, onions, potatoes, etc. My kiddos are kinda picky so I stuck with the simple version.
Enjoy…

- 2 cans of Cream of Chicken or Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 can of chicken or you can use tuna (I get these at Costco) = about 1 1/2 cups of shredded chicken
- 2 cans of milk (fill the soup can with milk)
- 1 bag of Ruffles Chips
- 2 cups grated cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 bag of egg noodle pasta

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente (you want these almost cooked but not quite all the way)
- Mix the cream of chicken, milk, chicken and sour cream together in a bowl.
- Adds strained pasta to that mixture and stir together.
- Pour into a 9x13 dish and place in oven
- Bake for 25 minutes
- Add crumbled Ruffles Chips to top along with cheese (I also like to stir some of the cheese and chips in at this point) then cover the top with a good layer of chips and cheese.
- Bake for another 10 minutes (until cheese is melted but be sure chips don't burn)
- Serve and enjoy!

Cheese, sour cream, white noodles and potato chips? Not sure on which planet this would be considered a healthy and nutritious meal for children.
It definitely isn’t…lol!!! But I may try it with better noodles…it sounds tasty. It would absolutely be a starchy SIDE only though!
I don’t see anywhere that she claims this is healthy and nutritious….if you are looking for a recipe like that, I suggest you visit a different site…..smh.
What size on chips? Cover during baking?.Chips and cheese divided??
I think this sounds so yummy! I am definitely going to make this for the family!
Don’t use ruffles NOOOOOOOOO! I have been making this and the tuna version (Use cream of celery instead of cream of chicken) FOR YEARS! Plain chips is the way to do it! I have tried different types, even flavors, but they always suck it. Just plain Lays or grocery brand plain! Also A can of chicken gravy in this is AMAZING! And adding a few slices of butter to the very top makes it good too!
Rice instead of noodles works, too.
I grew up on this recipe and I use it about once a month for my family. We love it and I make it pretty much like the recipe says! No need to change a good thing. I do grill my own chicken instead of using the canned but the canned is fine in a jiffy. LOVE it!!
This is very similar (kinda of) to my mother in laws casserole. Her recipe has water chestnuts, sm onion, almonds, celery, & mayonnaise …along with cooked chicken breast, 2 cans of cream of chicken plus chips…yes the plain chips are the best (. Just my opinion ) lol. Either way chicken casseroles are delicious. Definitely not for a any diet …so full of starch !! Will have to try this but my husband may not like that I changed
Sorry it has noodles in it too …
