I’ve been posting a ton of really cute inexpensive gift ideas and here’s another one! You can get make this Chocolate Chip Cookie mix for very inexpensive and it makes the cutest gift in a Mason Jar (which are super popular right now). These are great for neighbors, teachers, co-workers, etc.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix in a Jar
- 1 3/4 cups Flour
- 3/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
- 3/4 cup packed Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- Mix flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl.
- Place flour mixture in 1-quart jar.
- Layer remaining ingredients in order listed above, pressing firmly after each layer.
- Seal with lid and decorate.

I can’t get all of my ingredients to fit in my jar no matter how much I pack them down. Any tips? I’m using a quart size jar like instructed.
