Disney has announced today that they will be temporarily closing Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park starting March 14th through the end of March due to COVID-19 concerns and the Governor of California’s executive order to cancel gatherings of 250 or more people. While this executive order does not necessarily include Disneyland they found that in the best interest of guests and employees closure is appropriate.
However, the Disney Downtown shopping area will remain open. As well at the three hotels until March 16th so guests can make travel arrangements. If you had plans to visit Disneyland or Disney California Adventure Park, be sure to call 714-520-5050 to make different arrangements.
On a positive note, Disney will still be paying cast members during this closure!
