One of my favorite comfort foods is a creamy, hearty soup. This pot pie is a copycat recipe from KFC that seriously tastes very similar and in my opinion, even a little BETTER! This recipe doesn’t require a lot of ingredients and is full of flavor. Seriously, you need to make this, it is SO delicious! Enjoy..

I was unable to find 5″ or 6″ pie tins, and pastry sheets. I purchased 8″ x 2″ square tins, and roll out pie crusts. Will this work, And if so is there any changes I need to make?
I find the mix to be a bit too liquid so i would maybe add less milk, cook it down some, and add a couple tablespoons of roux to thicken before spooning into the pie plate(s).
