One of my favorite things about Red Lobster are the Cheddar Bay Biscuits…they are seriously AMAZING and if you’ve never tried them then you’ll definitely want to bookmark this recipe and make them. They are very easy to make and will impress any guest. I also like to make a bunch and eat them as snacks. Enjoy…

Copycat Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits

printIngredients: (Makes 9 biscuits)

Biscuits:

2 1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
4 tbsp cold Butter
1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
3/4 cup cold Milk
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

Topping:

2 tbsp Butter, melted
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Dried Parsley Flakes
pinch Salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Combine Bisquick and cold butter. Leave larger pieces. There should be small chunks of butter pea sized. 2.jpg
  3. Add cheddar, milk and 1/4 tsp garlic.
  4. Mix by hand until combined, but don’t over mix. 3.jpg
  5. Drop 9 equal portions onto greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until tops are lightly browned.
  7. Melt 2 tbsp butter in a bowl.
  8. Stir in garlic powder and parsley flakes. 4.jpg
  9. Spread garlic butter on top of biscuits.

    • You don’t have to copy cat it anymore. Red Lobster just put out a mix in a box that all you do is add water and butter and they are delish, just like you are eating them in the restaurant. You can buy it in Walmart.

  2. I work at red lobster and we don’t use milk…. Icy cold water…..and the mix needs to be slimy looking drop by 2 oz scoops.
