February 26, 2013 at 1:36 pmUnfortunately not all the CVS stores are using the same deal. The one in Chiefland, Florida is that you spend $10 you get $7 back in ECB. Still a pretty good deal though.

February 27, 2013 at 10:30 amThere are 2 separate deals. The buy $10 get $7 ECBs is for the makeup, the buy $20 get $15 ECBs is for the skin care shown above. I did both deals on Sunday.
