DIY Detox Foot Soak

We are all on our feet for the majority of every day and that can take a serious toll on our feet! Luckily, there is a great detoxifying foot soak that will not only help soothe your sore feet it will also keep your feet looking really healthy! Check out this awesome recipe below to create your own DIY detox foot soak:


1 cup of Epsom Salts

1 cup of Sea Salt

2 cups of Baking Soda


  1. Mix all ingredients together. Store in airtight container as 1 batch of mix will work for a few soaks.
  2. When you want to soak your feet, add 1/4 cup of the dry mixture into a tub of very hot water.
  3. Soak feet for 30 mins to see results!
  4. Use mix whenever you feel like you need to relax your feet!
