DIY Fizzy Foot Soak
Do you ever find yourself with sore, achy feet at the end of the day? How about after a night out on the town? Unfortunately, some footwear can cause sore and tired feet and can cause them to be quite painful depending how long you were wearing them. But there is a solution to this problem, that not only will soothe your feet but leave them feeling soft and relaxed. Check out the instructions below to make your own DIY fizzy foot soak:
Ingredients:
- Club soda or A Fizzy, Clear Soda of Your Choice
- 2 Tablespoons of Epsom Salts
- 3 Drops of Your Favorite Essential Oils
- Vicks Vapor Rub
- 1 Pair of Socks
Instructions:
- Using a large bowl or foot bath, combine all ingredients (Besides the Vapor Rub) and stir together.
- Soak feet in bowl for 15 minutes or more. The soda should be fizzing as your soaking.
- If you would like to extend the foot bath, simply add more soda.
- Once you have finished soaking, rinse feet and dry with a towel.
- When your feet are completely dry, apply the Vapor Rub to your feet and then put on socks. If possible leave them on overnight for maximum results!
