I love quick, easy and homemade treats! This next recipe is just that…Homemade Brownie mix that is SUPER easy and fast to make. Plus, with the Holiday season coming up soon, these make AWESOME gifts! Just attach a cute label with the few ingredients they need to add and how long to cook.
The kiddos love making these too and they make great teacher gifts. Just stick the mix in a mason jar (it fits perfectly in them) and put a ribbon on it!

Ingredients

- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1/3 Cup Cocoa

Instructions
- Mix everything together and put in a ziploc bag or mason jar.
- On a label or on the bag write "Add: 2 Eggs, 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil, 1 teaspoon Vanilla. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes in a 9x9 pan"
- Enjoy!

What size mason jar do you need?
It makes less than 2 cups of dry product, so a pint size works for me. The dry mix can also be stored in zip lock type baggies. If you decide to make more than one batch worth, sealing them using a Food Saver type machine will allow you to store it for up to a year. I’m making cupcake size brownies right now, smells amazing!
