Have you ever heard of the ‘Real Age Test‘ on Dr. Oz? Well it’s a very popular test that he likes to perform on guests to see how healthy they are and what their REAL AGE is…meaning their age according to their health and living standards.
I just took his test and my Real Age was 18.2 which is great considering that is years younger than I am! I really don’t work out that much so I was surprised but I guess I’m doing other things right!
Sample questions are: “On a typical day, about how many hours do you sleep?”, “Do you floss daily”, etc……
You can take this comprehensive quiz here and make sure and come back to let us know what YOUR Real Age is!

I got 42.2 and I’m 44 but I know that I have not been exercising the way I should, plus I’m packing a few extra pounds these days. I’m just glad it didn’t say I was older, which is what I was afraid of. Now I’m more motivated to get moving lol.

17! Pretty good considering that I’m actually 30.

Mine said 16.6 and I’m 19. Guess it’s good that it’s not over! 🙂

Im 25, but my “real age” is 30.6. I wasnt too surprised, but I have been actively trying to change it. I have about 77lbs I would like to lose. I have 3 kids under 5, and had put some weight on after them. My youngest is just 4 months, so I stay pretty busy with them, but I am trying to squeeze in workouts when I can, and improving the food our family eats. However, I eat plenty of fruits and veggies, but I do need to up the whole grain and nuts. Dont smoke, and dont drink.

Mine says I’m 20 (I’m 21) VERY surprising considering I admitted a LOT of stress I have in my life right now….

I was 32.5. But not too bad since I will be 32 this year.

I’m 24 and my real age is 30.2.. due to the smoking (quitting Oct. 17th!), lack of friends, lack of sleep, stress, financial worries, and lack of healthy food and exercise. But my physical job of being a mom keeps me younger, along with breakfast, eating nuts, being positive, happily married, and watching my waist with a healthy BMI… :/

Why wait till Oct to quit smoking? I just quit cold turkey in March. Family and friends for the support and you can do it now!

that’s wonderful, great job! I quilt cold turkey during both of my pregnancies but started again since my husband was a smoker, which now he is using a vaporizer to quit cigarettes. I just decided to pick a date and start with 10 cigarettes a day and go down 1 every two weeks and that date ended up being Oct. 17.

WOW!!!! My real age test told me I’m 25.2 and I’m 28 right now! I’ve been exercising religiously for the past year and have always ate pretty healthy. I felt great seeing this result!
Melissa saysJune 8, 2011 at 5:50 pm
20.3 and I am actually going to be 26 in July! Sounds good to me!
Tina saysJune 8, 2011 at 6:10 pm
40.2 and I’ll be 37 in a few months. Although it said I needed to eat more grains, which I know, but I’m on a gluten free diet, so it’s a bit more difficult. I wasn’t surprised by the results at all. Good thing everything is fixable 🙂

I’m almost 24 and my real age is 42.9….. 🙁 I don’t smoke, drink, do drugs, or drink caffeine. I’m even a vegetarian. But… I guess having cancer makes you old… Oh well.
