Have you ever heard of the ‘Real Age Test‘. Well it’s a very popular test performed on guests to see how healthy they are and what their REAL AGE is…meaning their age according to their health and living standards.
I just took his test and my Real Age was 18.2 which is great considering that is years younger than I am! I really don’t work out that much so I was surprised but I guess I’m doing other things right!
Sample questions are: “On a typical day, about how many hours do you sleep?”, “Do you floss daily”, etc……

March 15, 2013 at 3:44 am25.9! 4 years under my actual age! I feel happy with that cause I am working really hard on getting in shape and trying to eat better. I figured I would have an age higher since I am not in the best shape right now.

March 15, 2013 at 12:51 pm16.2 which is 6.5 years younger than what I am… But what is funny is that people who do not know me usually guess my age to be about 16-18 so I guess they are seeing my “real age”
