June 12, 2012 at 1:30 pmMelissa, I had the same problem and i just got off the phone with Rite Aid Photo Support. They told me that it depends which store you choose for the “pick up” option. My area was showing two rite aids and 1 was not taking the discount which was the one less than 1 mile from me, but then when I clicked on the other store, it went through beautifully. Photo Support said that’s the issue. This was my second call after the first call from a tech told me that it was a “glitch” and that I needed to refresh my browser and clear cookies. Of course, it never worked. Hope by choosing another store within your area works, it worked for me.
