April 10, 2012 at 12:29 pmTry again. After the video it will ask you how long do you think it takes to repair split ends. Once you answer that (i selected 14 days), another screen pops up for you to enter name and address

April 10, 2012 at 11:14 amI got it. Another window popped up. Do you have pop up blocker on? Check the status bar and see if one has been blocked and then click on it and allow.
