I have received quite a few emails from readers asking of reputable survey companies and more importantly if they should pay to join….I wanted to answer that for them and all of you, NO! Don’t ever pay to join a survey company. The companies I list below are ones that are legit and I personally use. I use to do a lot of surveys from all different companies and made extra money from home (this is what I recommend doing because if you are using a few different companies, you are bound to make more money).

TIP – I highly recommend setting up an email just for your surveys so you can check that daily, do your surveys and close it out (it won’t interfere with your personal emails and you will earn money!).

Now you’re not going to be able to quit your job, or become a millionaire from doing these but it’s always nice to get checks in the mail, free gift cards, and some extra gas, grocery, and shopping money!!

So here are some survey companies I recommend:

National Consumer Panel - This is a fun one…you’ll get a scanner and then you scan the groceries you purchase. You can win cash and gift cards. Some people just LOVE this company and some people don’t like using the scanner, I think it would be GREAT to try out if there is a scanner available in your area.

Valued Opinions - is now accepting New Survey Takers! This is a nice way to make some money from home! You can get up to $5.00 per survey!This is an e-mail I received from a reader – Maryann:

I know you asked the other day for opinions on the survey company “Valued Opinions” and although I signed up for them a long time ago, I have really enjoyed it! I have been a member of this survey site for over ten years now. I get plenty of surveys. You don’t need to qualify for them when they are sent to you. You will earn points which are converted to cash and prizes. I love this site. I have earned hundreds of dollars from this site.

Mindfield has openings! There are great reviews about this company and they are open for new applicants right now (which doesn’t happen often). If you’ve used this company before please let us know in the comment section. I really like the low payment thresh hold which means you can request a check when you reach JUST $5! You will be sent an activation email and won’t be able to do any surveys until you click on that email and activate your account.

Opinion Outpost will give you payment via Paypal which I love! Check out this review below:

2. After you confirm your email, sign in

Plink - *HOT* Make a $0.60 Purchase at Subway = a FREE $10 Amazon Gift Card! (This is not a survey company but more like a company where you earn rewards for shopping at certain places)!

InboxDollars - pays you for opening and reading emails. You can get between $0.02 – $0.05 per email and although this isn’t going to get you rich quick, it is a fun way to earn some extra cash! Plus, you will get a $5.00 credit when you sign up here!

Ipsos I-Say - is looking for Moms! Take surveys and earn points. The more surveys you complete the more points you earn. The more points you earn, the more you can redeem in our online reward catalogue.
