I am just loving these adorable Ghost Nutter Butter cookie pops….they are perfect for the little ones or a Halloween party! You can grab some mason jars and sugar, peanut butter cookie bites, etc and put the pops in them to create a stand.
I also love how easy these are to make and you don’t need much to make them.

Ingredients
- 12 Nutter Butter cookies
- 1/2 cup White Candy Melting Chips
- 1/8 cup Black Candy Melting Chips
- 12 Sticks
Instructions
- Heat White Candy Chips by microwaving for 30 seconds stirring and repeating until melted. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.
- Heat 3 cookies in microwave for 15 seconds.
- Gently twist open each of the cookies.
- Apply a litlle icing to the cookie filling and press the stick in place.
- Replace the other side of the cookie.
- Put on wax paper.
- Repeat this for the remainder of the cookies.
- Refrigerate 5 Minutes to firm.
- Reheat white candy for 30 seconds.
- Lay cookie in melted candy and spoon mixture over cookie to coat completely.
- Carefully remove from candy so the cookie doesn't come apart, and let excess candy drip off.
- Lay cookie back on wax paper.
- Refrigerate 5 Minutes to firm.
- Heat Black Candy Chips by microwaving for 30 seconds stirring and repeating until melted.
- Transfer Black chocolate to small plastic bag and clip very tiny piece of corner to use for piping.
- Pipe eyes on ghost.
- Refrigerate 5 Minutes to firm.
