This Gingerbread Sugar scrub is not only adorable but smells amazing! These are perfect for gifts and actually very easy to make. Gingerbread Sugar Scrub
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Almond
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp All Spice
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
DIRECTIONS:
- In a medium sized bowl combine all ingredients except the Coconut Oil.
- Gradually add Coconut Oil (add additional oil if you like your scrub in a very wet consistency).
- Place Mixture in Jar.
- Add Label to front of Jar and a ribbon if gifting.

I can’t wait to make this for a few gals for Christmas gifts. Can you substitute another oil for the coconut oil – I don’t like the scent of coconut.
Olive oil would probably work. It’s good for the skin and hair I know.
Any oil will work. Consider the scent of the oil, before you use it, as it will be a major part of your scrub. I don’t like the smell of olive oil, and would use something with less of an odor.

Love this! Do you melt the coconut oil because all the coconut oil I have seen is like Crisco? Also, how long is this good for?
