March 3, 2013 at 9:11 amHi Karen, you can use one manufact. coupons combined with ONE TargetWeb coupon per visit….you can also use another manufact. coupon but would not be able to stack it with the TargetWeb coupon as that’s the one that says only one per visit…….I’ve been shopping at Target and stacking coupons for years so if you have any questions I’ll be happy to help you!
