November 29, 2012 at 6:30 pmThe cash back will not post to your ebates account until your order ships. If it does not post to your account after 30 days, go to Tracking Tickets and click on Contact Customer Service. They are really good about correcting the cash back if it does not post to your account.
I think it took me about a month after that to receive the $10 gift card in the mail.
