Ingredients:
2 packages of Crescent rolls
About 2-3 cups of chopped broccoli
2-3 cups of shredded cheese
Dijon mustard to taste (I usually use 3 tablespoons)
3 cups Chopped Ham or 2 of the large ham packages chopped up
Directions:
1 – Combine chopped broccoli, cheese, mustard and chopped ham in bowl
2 – Lay the crescent rolls out on foil and cookie sheet in a circle (as seen in picture below):
3 – Place the broccoli filling on each crescent.
4 – Stretch and pull the ends of each crescent roll over top and close together at the end.
7 – Bake at 375 – 400 degrees for 30 – 40 minutes.
You can melt some butter and brush it on each crescent when it’s done baking….this part is not a healthy choice but it sure does taste great! 😉
looks yummy
That looks so good!
I love the “filled crescent roll” idea – I’ve seen/tried many different “fillings”, so far our favorite is the taco one (beans, taco meat, cheese, toppings). This one looks good too, thank you for sharing! 🙂
Jessica, what kind of beans do you use for your taco crescent recipe?
made this today,
very easy to make and was gone in minutes! :o)
Look forward to making this tonight. Great recipe. I think I am going to throw some spinach in instead of broccoli. Thanks for all the great recipes:)
