    I don’t understand this one. If you use the $1/2 and you buy 2 at $.99 each that would make them $.49 each. How does it get to $.24?

    I was looking thru my kroger ad after I seen this blog and at my krogers the Hefty bags after the .50 off are
    1.49. So it would be .98 for to boxes with the 1.00/2 coupon from RP 1/6
