How do I request the $24 as a cash discount/rebate? I dont see a spot on the form!? My husband just ordered this for my bday for me using MY amazon account! LOL He learned his lesson, but starting the rebate paperwork now….
For anyone doing the rebate, I found the info on teh $24 rebate for the magazine, you have to send an additional copy of the rebate form to another address listed in tiny print on the bottom right side of the rebate form!
