These never work for me it says “you’ve already printed this coupon” I don’t understand why I can never print the coupons?!

I got a message saying the Pepsi promotion has ended. I was able to print the Doritos coupon though.
The Pepsi Coupon said that the program/offer had ended & it is only 10/21/2012) and the Doritos/Ruffles said I had already printed this coupon(& I have not ever been on this website before)! I am disappointed & confused!
