December 20, 2011 at 12:02 pmI ordered on the 10th (by noon on the 10th) and I just got off the phone with Canvass people.
She said you had to order by the 9th (FRIDAY) in order to guarantee delivery by Xmas.
It’s the 20th and my order has not left the processing facility yet.
She told me it will be taken to Fed EX and then they will deliver it to the local post office–and they will deliver it on their rounds.
Looks like an Xmas delivery for us is not going to happen. 🙁

We had no idea. Did anyone else see a Dec 9 date posted as last day for guaranteed Christmas delivery?
