    • How?? I created a new account to get the $10 credit after the code wouldn’t work. It said: “A gift card has been previously applied to your account”. I got the same message when I tried to use the code P1200 with the new member credit.

  3. I hate their site. They won’t ship to my address as it’s a rural address that can not be verified. Never mind that I’ve lived here 18 years and next door for 20 before that and NONE of the addresses in any towns within 5 miles can be verified because it’s dinky rural. I would love to take advantage of their deals but they won’t work with me. Thank God Verizon and some of the others who use “verifiable addresses” will after I speak with their representatives. Their support was NO help at all and completely unwilling to work with me. Of course if I wanted to ship it to somebody besides ME …

    • Kisten: you can use a mail forwarding service for a few dollars…you send packages to their address and they forward it onto you.

  5. ordered 2 candles and the gripper and paid $16 total.. The P1200 worked for my order. Thanks I tried the orange vanilla..The Misty Dawn smells good but isn’t very strong..I wanted a stronger smell this time..

  6. Thanks for the code. I didnt see your post prior to the order so I used the junk mail addy as a new signup. Now I’m going after another set. Love these candles and No more rack. I’ve been using the site for about 2 years and love them. Only problem I ever had was wrong dress was sent once, they had me take a pic to email them then credited my account and I got to keep the wrong dress (and it was really cute too!)

  10. If you get 2 sets of the candles and the $10 new member sign-up your total comes to $48 which evens out to $12 per candle!! That is the cheapest I’ve seen them SO far anywhere!

  17. Has anyone gotten the candles yet? I got some polish for $4 to get the $30 needed for the discount, and received the polish today but the candles still haven’t shipped and I ordered on 8/30/12. I wonder if there is a hold-up getting the candles from DC….

  18. I ordered 2 Candles and the easy grip thing and received the easy grip and ONE candle today. Very upset with No More Racks….I contacted them and will hopefully hear back from them. I read on the Diamond Candles facebook that this happened to many people. Very disappointed =(

  19. I received a candle this morning. Ordered 2 candles in fragance summer time, paid $ 29.00 dollars, and got 1 candle in the fragance fresh cut grass 🙁

    • That’s what I was told. I also posted on the DC FB page and sent an email to DC with a screen shot of my order where it said I paid $27 and the offer was 2 for $27. I have yet to hear back from DC, but the automated email (and comments on DC FB) says that email volume is higher than usual. Hopefully this can be resolved. Some comments are saying that IF NMR gives a refund, it will only be for store credit and that NMR is saying these issues are DC’s fault. I do’t think that is necessarily the case. If NMR sent DC an order for 1 candle instead of 2, then DC had no idea there was supposed to be 2 in the order so the sent was sent to them. I blame NMR more than DC for this issue.

  22. only got one candle too and NOT the scent i ordered. they i emailed them and i will not stop til i get the items and/or my money back. i hope this isn’t a scam and yes, i blame rack no more, they are the ones who “set” up the deal right?

  23. Just received and email from NoMoreRack and they said that my second candle was being shipped. I already received my first. They said in the email, ” Unfortunately, due to high demand of this item our warehouse has taken a bit longer than normal to get the shipments out. This is a one-time delay & not the norm. We apologize for the inconvenience, items typically ship much faster. We can now confirm that your order has been shipped. In addition, you may have received only one candle instead of two, if that is the case the 2nd candle is also in the mail on its way to you.
    Please contact us if you have not received the second candle by 09/19/12 so we may assist with your order right away.” So hopefully you guys who have only received one candle will get a similar email!
