Why does mine say that shipping code is not eligible? Is it certain states?
Also, how do you use both codes (10% and free ship) when it says 1 code per order? I just tried the shipping code cuz I didn’t want to mess it up, but it says I don’t have eligible items? hmmm

As far as Im concerned only one code per order but at check out select ship to store and it waives shipping automatically

oops! I figured it out! I didn’t select the store, so it thought I was shipping it to my house! Code worked! Got mine for $4.27!! They have a lot of other toys on sale too, if you can find one that is still in stock!

Goodluck with JC Pennys honoring this offer. Every offer I have tried threw them they renigged. They either said item was out of stock (but when I called to try and order it they had it for original price in stock) or they said the price was incorrect and they could not honor it. I wish you all the best of luck but I know myself I will not order or shop there cause there costumer service is crap!
Hmmm…my experience with them so far has been ok. They had a toy a few weeks ago that was priced wrong on their site, and everyone grabbed them, and they honored the price, 1 per customer. I thought they were very thorough!
I got in on a price error 2 weeks ago, and they honored it… in fact, my shipment was delivered today!
I ordered the patio set about 2 weeks ago. I then received email it was being cancelled but 50/50 off cerrtificate for inconvenience. Thought that was nice !

Misty – I had the same problem with the in store shipping charge. Don’t apply the 10% code, use the free ship code only. Then you will get it for $4 + tax.
