December 12, 2011 at 10:42 pmSounds like a great sale. Unfortunately, the Toledo Target has not been the most polite when it comes to coupons (bad experiences I guess). So given the coupon says “Coupon value may not exceed value of item purchased” whats a coupon-clipper to do? 🙁

December 13, 2011 at 11:37 amReally? I used the $1 water coupons at target here in Toledo when they were on sale for 80 cents… They just adjusted the price down so I didnt get overage… I will try it anyway and see what happens…

December 22, 2011 at 6:54 amI had the same experience with a jerk of a manager who refused to to take a $1 coupon of toothpaste. i called customer service and got a copy of their coupon policy and took it in and showed it to him. Then i called the regional manager he said that his employees would be advised on how to handle these coupons in the future.
