This recipe was submitted by Brittany! Thank you! These sounds so yummy and I am loving the idea at the bottom about making them into an easy dessert! Sounds good to me…

*Crab Rangoon*

Ingredients:

Won-ton wraps

8 oz Cream Cheese

8 oz Crab

1 tsp Scallion, 1 tsp Red Onion, 1 tsp minced garlic clove

1/2 tsp soy sauce

1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

canola oil, medium pot, paper towels, small bowl water

Directions:

1) Combine Cream Cheese and Crab, stir well. Add sauces, scallion, onion and garlic. Stir

2)Put enough oil in pot to fry 6-7 Rangoon’s. Do not crowd pot, they will stick together. Heat to 375-400 degrees. (Med- high does the trick)

3)Lay out won-ton wraps in a diamond shape. Wet the edges then place 1 tsp of crab mix in the center of each.

4)Seal edges by flipping one side to meet the other. Press firmly & run fingers across to ensure it’s closure.

5)Place on plate with dry paper towel on bottom and damp covering the Rangoon.

6)Place 6-7 won-tons in oil for about 1-1 1/2 minutes. *Don’t crowd!* Flip if necessary. Rangoon’s should be golden brown.

7)Put on plate with paper towels so oil can be soaked up. Enjoy after cooled a couple minutes. DELICIOUS!

For Dessert: OoOolala-

*If you have extra wraps try throwing some cut up bananas, cinnamon, nutmeg, cream cheese, brown sugar and caramel in them. Top with ice cream or cool whip for a delicious dessert.

  1. If you want something different, stuff the wonton with pulled pork. Cook until the wonton until golden brown and it’s so yummy.

  2. If you like a thinner wrap, try eggroll wrappers instead :)

  3. Gonna try tommarrow with some fried rice!! Thanks for sharing. :)

  4. My boyfriend loves these…thanks for posting!
