Do you think if I leave out the eggs at the end of the recipe and maybe change the noodles if they have eggs in it that it would drastically change to taste of the dish? Just wondering. My son is allergic to eggs but I think he would really love this dish. I would love to know how to take out the eggs without changing the way the dish is suppose to taste.
Melissa, I just saw your comment. Personally, I would just use more evaporated milk, or an egg substitute. Good luck!
