I know a lot of you are looking for ideas on how to lose weight for a New Years Resolution…I have a simple yet effective way to help you out! One of my friends told she has been doing this and has watched the inches melt away. I myself have tried and actually feel much better and have more energy!

The tip is Lemon Oil! Yes…you know, that stuff that smells REALLY good?! You can get it here on Amazon or at your local health food store.

  • Add 2-3 drops to a bottle of water and sip it throughout the day. When it’s gone, refill your water bottle and add more lemon. This will help you to get your daily water needed as well as give you the MANY benefits of lemon oil which includes speeding up your metabolism.
  • Every night before bed, run some lemon oil into your problem areas (tummy, thighs  😉 ) and it is suppose to melt it away. Seriously, I know a few people who swear by this!

P.S. – Lemon Oil in your drink actually tastes REALLY good and if you have a hard time with it in water, add it to a Crystal light drink and it makes the drink taste 10 times better!  😉 You’ll also smell really good every night.  😆

Would lemon juice, fresh or bottled, work? Or is it only lemon oil?

Lemon is supposed to boost your digestive tract. Fresh is best.

I use fresh squeezed lemon juice. I use about half a lemon for about 20 ounces of water (a little over a bottle water amount)
I love the taste and it’s inexpensive, and more raw.
Lemons help aid in digestion and speed up weight loss.. gets rid of unwanted build up, waste, and toxins in the body!
Some awesome benefits and reasons to put lemon in your water! I also squeeze fresh lemon juice in a bowl add sugar until it’s thick and use as as skin brightening body and face scrub!

I don’t even understand how I stopped up right here, however I assumed this post used to be good. I don’t know who you’re however definitely you are going to a well-known blogger for those who aren’t already.
    Cheers!

I know this if off topic but I’m looking into starting my own weblog and was curious what all is needed to get setup? I’m assuming having a blog like yours would cost
a pretty penny? I’m not very web savvy so I’m not
100% certain. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Many thanks

Hey everyone, I have been using Lemon Oil for a few years now and love it. I am also a Dental Assistant so I want to warn everyone who drinks Lemon oil, freshly squeezed lemons, limes, any citrus can wear off your enamel and cause tooth sensitivity. Try to drink through a straw to avoid this. Rinse your mouth after drinking and don’t brush your teeth immediately after. Also, don’t use plastic. They are strong and will eat away at anything synthetic, including your water bottle. Use glass water bottles or mugs 😉 As far as using Lemon Oil on skin, I haven’t heard of it melting fat. Good old clean eating and exercise will do the trick 🙂 Feel free to reach out to me for any Health & Fitness tips.

I drink lemon water every day, I love lemons! 80% of the flavor of a lemon comes from the zest. The zest has all the natural oils in it.

You have to be carefull about essential oil directly on the skin. They are not totaly dangerless.
Especially agrume essential oil. When you put some directly on your skin you may not expose that part of you to the sun (for a while) because it going brown. I don’t remember exactly why, it’s an interact between the agrume essential oil and skin pigments. ^^
