I had received $30, but when I check out it tells me the code expired

It should automatically be applied after you choose the deal you want, but more than likely it will say expired like mine and many other people’s $30 credit.
Ok so i call customer service they said that they are having a site wide issue with the codes and that they would email me when it was credited to my account. I would suggest that everyone who is having an issue to call and they will open a ticket under your email and make sure you know when your account has been credited.

I got the $30 credit and it said my credit would be automatically taken off my total, but it didn’t! I really hope I can get this fixed because I can’t afford the full amount of the item I bought.
I emailed customer service and they responded. The credit is not valid on LivingSocial Shop products, which is why it didn’t apply to my order. I’m asking for my order to be cancelled. What good is a credit if you can’t even use it on what you want.

Tried it again and the 10.00 code worked. I bought the makeup brushes.
it never took it off for me either and I got charged the full amount even though I followed what it said. It said I had 30, not that it was expired or anything. Now my card is charged and customer service is closed!

It’s been a headache for me. It took me forever to find something I liked (I’m not a fan of the daily deal setups…), then it gave me the “wrong e-mail” error. I figured out why it gave me that error and was able to correct it. But when I finally got to the *final* screen, the code was applied and I was only going to pay $3 for my order, it then said that the code was expired. So… I give up for now. 
It took me a while to find it, Jan. But when I did, it was obviously too late. It says the promotion is expired! That bites!

At first I got $30, but it wouldn’t work- said the promo code had expired. I tried at least ten more times (closed the browsers and started over), got $20 and it finally worked
Finally got through the bs, switched from Chrome to IE, then got the message “PROMOTION EXPIRED!” I give up.
FRUSTRATING!!! I just got the $30, but then when I went to use it, it said it had expired…… I thought you could use it for 7 days…… Ugh, waste of time. :/

I never could get it to work. I tried it three times, two times getting $30 and once getting $20. The first time I went all the way to the confirmation of sale and it wouldn’t post it. And the second time when the code “Ford30″ went on there, it said expired. Now I just tried one more time after waiting a while and it says “Promotion Ended.” Bummer! Thanks anyway.
