June 11, 2012 at 11:34 amCoupon said only valid at participating stores in WV, OH, and a couple other states I’m in TX. I can’t tell you the other states, because when I told it to print, the picture of the coupon disappeared and all that printed was a mostly blank page and I don’t remember the other two…hope some are able to get and use it!! 🙂

June 11, 2012 at 12:46 pmThere may be participating stores in OH but if you put in zipcodes around NE Indiana it doesn’t work. I put in Hicksville and LIma OH (NW OH) and it doesn’t work. I put in Toledo OH and it does work. So it isnt state wide and it isnt only big cities because Fort Wayne and Indianapolis didnt work.
