I love these Mini Reeses Cereal Balls – they are fun to eat and super good.
There is just something good about peanut butter and chocolate….I crave it! If you do too then you will love this next recipe for Mini Reeses Cereal balls!
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cereal Corn Flakes, finely crushed
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ¾ cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 bag mini Reeses peanut butter cups
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine corn flakes, sugar, peanut butter, and corn syrup with an
- electric mixer.
- Once combined, scoop & roll mixture into one-tablespoon balls, pushing a mini Reeses peanut butter cup into the center of each one.
- Refrigerate on plate for 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, roll each ball into powdered sugar until coated.
- Yield: One dozen
