The kid’s and I had such a blast making these delicious Nutella Oreo Cheesecake (no bake) cups! It was super easy to make and the kiddos love to mash up the Oreo cookies. YUM!
These are awesome because they are no back which is great for hot summer months when you just don’t want to start the oven.
See recipe below:

- 15 Oreo Cookies (crushed)
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 (8 ounce) package softened cream cheese
- 2/3 cup Nutella
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (12 ounce) tub whipped topping (thawed)
Directions:
- Mix Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter then divide evenly into small dishes and flatten with hand to make a crust bottom.
- In a separate bowl mix cream cheese and Nutella until smooth.
- Add vanilla to above mixture and mix
- Using a spoon or rubber spatula, fold in 8 oz of whipped topping into the nutella mix until combined (fold so the whipped topping doesn’t lose all of it’s fluff).
- Spoon the mixture into Oreo crusted cups and refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.
- Use the remaining 4 oz of whipped topping to top the dishes off with.
- Enjoy!

I am totally having my grandma make me this for my birthday next month! My kids and I will absolutely love this!! =)
This might sound really stupid but how much is 2/3 of a cup? Like what size cup?
Get a 1/3 measuring cup and fill it twice. Though not as common, they do make 2/3 cup measuring cups. One cup is 8 oz in liquid weight. 2/3 rds would be 5.34 ounces. Of course Nutella probably has a different weight than a liquid. Of you don’t have measuring cups, find something that holds 5.34 ounces of water, dry it out, and then measure Nutella in it. Hope that makes sense.
How much does this recipe yield? Have to make them for a party and want to know how much to buy:)
This sounds so good. Gonna give this a try over the weekend. Thanks for sharing.
