Old Fashioned Peanut Butter Fudge
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cups Sugar
- 1 can Evaporated Milk
- 1/3 cup Corn Syrup
- 1 stick Butter
- 8 oz Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
DIRECTIONS:
- Butter the inside of glass baking dish or line with parchment paper and butter paper.
- Mix Sugar, Corn Syrup and Evaporated milk in large pan and cook over medium heat. Sir occasionally. Mixture will begin boiling. If it boils too close to top reduce heat slightly.

- Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
- Stir until butter is melted and incorporated.
- Add peanut butter and continue stirring until mixture start to lose its’ sheen. Then pour into prepared dish and allow to cool.
Thanks For This Lovely Bite Of Peanut Butter Fudge.
I would love to make this fudge but not sure of the size of glass dish and size of evaporated milk, can you please help me out on this one? Ty
What size glass dish?
Also what size can of evaporated milk?
This isn’t my recipe, but it looks like she used a regular size can of evaporated milk, not a small/mini can, and I would guess its a 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish.
