My little ones love Oreos and well, so do I! We like to make this Oreo Poke cake for Birthdays or just when we’re in need of a yummy treat that’s a little more than just a regular cake. My boys like to put the holes in the cake and I love letting them do this since they can’t really mess it up (as long as they don’t poke super close to each other). Enjoy and have fun making this delicious treat.
Oreo Poke Cake

- 1 box Chocolate Cake Mix

- Chop up the Oreos into large pieces.
- Prepare the chocolate cake following box directions.
- Coat sides and bottom of a 9×13 dish with shortening.
- Pour batter into prepared dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- Whisk together milk and pudding mix until smooth.
- Poke holes all around the top of the cake.
