Pasta Sauce Leftover Makeover is one of the go to recipes in my leftover arsenal. I always make far more pasta sauce, meatballs, and sausage than my family can eat in one or two sittings. So, I have two choices, freeze it all for a later time, or make something completely new. While freezing it is sometimes our best option, making something new uses up the leftovers and creates another meal for lunches, which means nothing ends up getting tossed out later.
