Pork Dry Rub
(Yields about 1 pint)
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/4 Kosher Salt
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/8 cup Paprika
- 2 tbsp Chili Powder
- 2 tbsp Onion Powder
- 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Ground Ginger
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix ingredients in large bowl.
- Seal in airtight container.

Yes it is cups everything that is listed in the cup section as follower I’m a culinary graduate and just like Tbsp section everything for That is in that section but yes cups
