This Kale Chips Recipe is really quick and easy but tastes amazing!
How To Make Quick & Easy Kale Chips:
Kale chips are a healthy, tasty alternative to regular photo chips. Granted they don’t come out tasting like Lays they are still really good and pack a lot of nutrients.This recipe is quick to create and only calls for a few ingredients making it perfect for a weeknight side dish or snack.
Quick & Easy Kale Chips
Ingredients
- 1 head kale, washed and thoroughly dried (For two of us I used about 4-5 full leaves)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Kosher Salt & Pepper, For Seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F.
- Remove the ribs from the kale and cut into bite size pieces
- Toss Kale with olive oil, salt & pepper
- Lay on a baking sheet & bake until crisp, turning the leaves halfway through, about 20-25 minutes. Serve & Enjoy!
Also awesome with a little shaken Parmesan cheese on top 🙂
