As part of my Raining Hot Coupons Animal drive, (see post here about how you can get a subscription to All You magazine for only $0.83 an issue which is a magazine full of coupons to help raise funds) I am now needing YOUR help!! I am calling all of you COUPON users and deal finders!
I am going to be making some very large donations to animal shelters and will be filming it (you may catch me crying a little, shoot it’s even hard for me to look at the photos on here) but you can all enjoy bringing happiness into these lonely animals hearts.
Here are some examples of items needed:
- Any type or brand of animal food (Dog food, Cat food, canned food, wet food dry food, etc).
- Dog or Cat treats
- Leashes
- Collars
- Dog Treats
- Cat Treats / Catnip
- Dog and Cat Toys
- Cleaning product for the shelters
- Animal Chews ( I am looking forward to giving these to the sad, bored dogs in the shelter)
- ANYTHING else you can think of! Please….be creative. 🙂
I will be using the money raised from the All You Magazine deal here to purchase all kinds of animal needs for the shelters and needy animals. I will be purchasing Dog food, Cat Food, treats, toys, catnip, etc.

June 24, 2011 at 10:51 pmYou’re such a kind person. This will be a constant thing? Because I usually donate the pet coupons I don’t use with other coupons. If this is a new thing you’ll be doing regularly I’ll def. support you and your cause an mail you my pet coupons!
(I don’t donate dog coupons unless I know it’s something my dogs won’t eat or use, however I do donate all cat, fish, and other animal coupons. Living in a small country town I also come across some good coupons for animals and ranch supplies and such)

There are a couple that expire on 6/30 and some of them are Military couponsthat can b used at walmart!! Since we are military i can get alot of these types of coupons so if you will be doing this often i can send you more!!! thanks for all that you do in your efforts to help us couponing newcomers figure out how to do it and all the help your giving to the wonderful pets in your community

They also always need cleaning supplies, paper towels, sponges and things like that. I just mailed about 50-60 coupons also. Let us know what else you need.

(just FYI, Amazon has BLUE DOG BAKERY on w/ extra 30% off ~S&S plus 15%~…making 6 boxes just under 10.00. Great deal for a better grade of treat. Soft or hard…and hard is really hard…GREAT for cleaning those teeth =)

Finally someone is doing something kind for the poor sad animals, some of them the shelter is their last home( shelter animalr are put down after only few weeks if they dont get adopted) PLEASE IF SOMEONE WANTS A PET GO AND ADOPT ONE FROM YOUR LOCAL SHELTER, YOU WILL SAVE TONS OF $$ AND THERE ARE PLENTY OF DOGS TO CHOOSE FROM . June 28, 2011 at 1:11 pmJust wanted to let all u readers know to check your Targets and Walgreens they are having closeout sales on lots of pet supplies. I got Busy Bones for $1.00. And also medication supply kit for pets at Walgreens for $1.25!!! This kit includes a pill cutter, weekly pill holder, and a thing to shoot pills down the pets throat. These should come in handy you know how hard it is to give pets medication:) Thank you Sarah for all you do for the helpless animals out there. I’ll be sending you lots a coupons and supplies. I will also be getting in on the All You deal!!!

He will only eat one kind of food so I will grab all of my dog and cat coupons and send them out. Your website has made my couponing so much easier. I will also start a little collection of supplies! We have a Dollar Tree near my house & can get sets of 3 cat toys for $1 & dog chews & toys for $1! July 9, 2011 at 12:36 pmI hope u don’t mind me sharing your giveaway idea. I unfortunately live in an area where we don’t have a shelter in our community. We have a couple volunteer based organizations that I am familiar with, The Dumas Walker Rescue, and Appalachian SPCA. They foster many animals to the best of their ability and have several others fostering as well. . The Appalachian society actually holds adoption drives quiet often. Our region is consumed with unwanted and neglected animals of all kinds. It’s heartbreaking. I was reading a post this morning from the Dumas Walker Rescue and they are overcome with vet bills and are looking for fundraising ideas. I thought yours was a great one to share with them. If u have any other ideas I would love to hear them so I could pass them on. Or you can find either organization on facebook. Both are located in southeastern Ky.
