10-12 oz. package frozen peas
4-5 Green Onions
16 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2/3 Cup Mayonnaise
1/3 Cup Sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, julienned
1 lb. Bacon, fried and crumbled
