Comments

  1. I’m so excited about this recipe. Starbucks Green Tea Fraps are one of my favorites. Pinned! I found your post on Keeping It Simple.

  2. I’ve never tried this at Starbucks, but it sounds delicious

  3. I’m so-so on green tea but definitely a frappucicino fan so I’ll have to give this one a try. Thanks for sharing at Inspire Us Thursday on Organized 31.

  4. Charlotte Skiba says

    Yummy can’t wait to try!!!!

  5. I just tried this, and it tastes JUST like the one at Starbucks, thank you so much! I added peppermint extract to mine because I always order green tea frapps with peppermint from Sbux and it’s SO good! Needless to say, I won’t be needing to go to Starbucks anytime soon. šŸ™‚

  6. This is amazing. I think I will use a little less of the pudding mix next time … but it is great!!!

  7. This is delicious…tastes exactly like Starbucks!

  8. The origianl creamy recipe gets a bad rating on my end. I did the recipe step-by-step with exactly the same measurements and it turned out to be watered-down, slushy milk. Very disappointing considering that I’ve been looking everywhere for a good copycat. Would much rather spend the money on Starbucks. Thanks for posting your attempt, though.

  9. Wrong recipe! I am so sorry haha had another website open haven’t tried this one but it sounds interesting.

  10. whoa, thank you very much for posting this! It is gonna aid me when I order green tea at the store! Super Fantastic!

  11. Where do you buy the green tea matcha powder????

  12. I just made this but a little differently. Heres what I did:
I only did 1 cup of milk(nonfat) and it was thick and I liked that.
I used more like 2 and one fourth tablespoons of the instant vanilla mix because in one comment someone said they were going to use less next time, so I decided not to do that much.

Review: I loved it. Honestly, it’s pretty different to Starbucks but it still tastes really good. I am a teenage girl so I’m not really worried about weight, but this is healthy so it feels good that I can drink this all the time. Thank you so much for the recipe, I will be drinking this daily.

PS: Any other recipe ideas using green tea? I have bananas, and blueberries. That’s about it. I am going to look online for a blueberry green tea smoothie, but if you have a recipe, I’d love to hear it!
    Thanks

  13. I used to be recommended this blog via my cousin. I’m now not positive whether this put up is written by way of him as
nobody else know such unique approximately my difficulty.
    You’re wonderful! Thanks!

  14. This is amazing! I like mine thicker so I just used a little less milk….I’m so impressed! Thanks for sharing! Saves money and less calories, can’t beat that! Any suggestions on where to buy matcha online and what brand? I paid $10 for just a tiny bag….
    Thanks again! šŸ™‚

    • I buy mine on amazon from pure matcha, I get the ceremonial grade tin, best pure matcha for the price from what I’ve found. it lasts me about a month when drank daily.
