I love this Strawberry Lemonade Recipe!
I am so excited for Summer and one of my favorite things about it is enjoying the outdoors….When it gets hot outside, it is SO nice to have some sweet and fresh home made lemonade. Add some Strawberries and it gets even better!
This next recipe is super easy and makes a delicious Summer treat.
Ingredients
- Simple Syrup (to sweeten it):

- 2 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- Lemonade:
- 1 tupperware Strawberries (about 2-3 cups)
- 2 Cups cold water
- 1 Cup Lemon Juice (you can squeeze this)
- Ice
Instructions
- Heat the 2 cups of water and 1 cup sugar over stove until the sugar is disolved.
- Set aside.
- Add 1 cup water AND strawberries to blender and puree (you can pulse a few times). I recommend doing this a lot so the pulp isn't as thick (you can always strain the pulp later too for the kiddos).
- To a pitcher add the squeezed lemon, ice and water.
- Then add pureed strawberries and simple sugar mixture and stir!
- Voila! Fresh, sweet and tangy lemonade!
