Stuffed Cheesecake Strawberries

Ingredients:

(1) lb large strawberries
(1) 8 oz. whipped cream cheese
(3-4) tbsp powdered sugar *The more the sweeter* 😉
(1) tsp vanilla extract
Graham cracker crumbs

How to Whip this up:

-Rinse strawberries and cut around the top of the strawberry. Remove the top and clean out with a paring knife, if necessary (some may already be hollow inside). Prep all strawberries and set aside.
-In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
-Add cream cheese mix to a piping bag or ziploc with the corner snipped off.
-Fill strawberries with cheesecake mixture. Once strawberries are filled, dip the top in graham cracker crumbs.

Those look yummy…I am sure dipping in chocolate and rolling in some crumbs would be good too! 🙂

  2. My family goes to a lot of functions during the summer for my two older boys sports teams. These are a perfect summer treat to bring along. =)

  3. These look great, I am going to make them but change it up a little bit. The insides of the strawberries have goodness too. I am going to chop up the scooped out inside, set aside in a bowl with 1tsp sugar to marinate while whipping the cream cheese mixture then gently mix it in the cream cheese mixture. MMMMhmmmm, Thanks for the recipe.

  4. Just add chocolate dip or drizzle!!

  5. These were so good! Thanks for the recipe!

  6. I don’t know, I think they look messy with the graham crumbs. I think it might be nicer to dip the tip in the chocolate and fill the inside and leave it at that. Just my opinion though.
