- ¼ C half n half

Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Saute the bacon, mushrooms, and onions in a skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until bacon is crispy.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and half n half. Add the bread and let soak 10 minutes.
