Mocha Chocolate Mud Pie Recipe

Mocha Chocolate Mud Pie

24 Oreo Cookies (crushed in food processor)

1/2 pecans, chopped

1 stick of Butter

1/2 Gallon Mocha Ice Cream

16 oz. Jar Chocolate Syrup

1 Cup Whip Cream, with 1/3 Cup Powdered Sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla

9″ Square Pan

Directions:

Remove ice cream from freezer until soft. Reserve 1/2 Cup cookie crumbs for the top. Mix butter with remaining crumbs and nuts; press into bottom of pan. Spread half chocolate syrup over crust. Cover with softened ice cream and follow with the last half of the chocolate syrup. Top with reserved crushed cookies (looks like mud!) Cover and freeze.

Cut in squares and serve with whipped cream on top.

A summer treat, really for any season. Very rich and absolutely a hit!
