Asian Cucumber Salad Recipe

Ingredients

2 English cucumbers, sliced thinly
1 t sea salt
1/4 t pepper
1/2 C rice vinegar
1 T sugar (I use raw sugar)

Instructions

In a large bowl, place all the ingredients and toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate until cold.
Serve with fresh chives or parsley.
